Late Policy

If you arrive late, I will do my very best to accommodate you. Depending on your arrival time, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to ensure I remain on schedule for my next client.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment, provided it is booked within 5 business days and completed as scheduled.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment, provided the new appointment is booked within 5 business days and completed as scheduled.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, or appointments not booked within 5 business days will result in the deposit being forfeited.
