Late Policy

If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you however, your appointment may be shortened and/or rescheduled to ensure we are on schedule for our next client. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we will need to reschedule your appointment accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. The charge for missed appointments with less than 24 hours advance notice is the full value of the service(s) booked.
